About Us

David Hines is the owner of Emergency Incident Solutions. David realized the need for establishing this company during his years on the front line of public safety when the kits he was issued did not meet the needs and standards of community safety. He is a former detective, patrol sergeant, and member of the SWAT team with 10 years’ experience. David brings to the company training in various medical and investigative courses. The driving force behind the creation of these kits was to provide a safer environment for children and families.

Jeremy Hatley is the owner of Emergency Incident Solutions. He is a former lieutenant, SWAT team member, Dignitary Protection, and International Embedded Police Advisor. Jeremy was responsible for advising, mentoring, training, and implementing high risk operations in real world situations on both domestic and foreign soils. He has spearheaded this company to better equip schools, businesses, and state/local law enforcement agencies with the tools and knowledge to offer life-saving care prior to the arrival of medical services after realizing there was a lack of quality emergency kits made available to the public.
